Today at the HR Tech conference many of us are attending in Chicago, Saba announced the immediate availability of the Saba Enterprise Cloud Fall release. We’ve packed a host of new features designed to help our loyal users better align their people strategies with their organization’s business objectives. With this release, we’re offering a three-step path for customers looking to transform their workplace and ultimately increase productivity by:

2) Modernizing your people processes; and
3) Elevating your people experience.

Unlock your people profile
We’ve made it easier than ever for organizations to unlock their people profile from the stranglehold of HRIS and ERP systems with new standard integration capabilities including enhanced Web services, standard import/export templates, a new enterprise service bus and the industry’s first standard two-way HRIS connector. These integration capabilities enhance and protect our users’ existing investment in ERP/HRIS while enabling key people data from their systems of record to be leveraged in people processes without expensive and time-consuming upgrades and migrations to the cloud.
Modernize people processes
We’ve also added new analytics capabilities that help companies gain deeper people insights for better understanding of the efficiency and effectiveness of their organization. This release is also the first integration between Saba Enterprise Cloud and HumanConcepts, which brings new visualization models and insights for planning and organizational modeling. Now, it’s easier than ever to align people to business strategies and take action.
Better alignment between HR, business goals
Our Fall release enables a tighter alliance of Human Resources and business strategy through the ability to tailor HR processes to the unique needs of their line-of-business units. This might include the creation of success plans, completing and calibrating performance reviews, or a more flexible goal setting process that enables an agile organization to respond rapidly to change.
Deeper, broader Learning opportunities
Last but not least, we’ve expanded the Saba Learning Management Suite to provide deeper and extended Learning capabilities. This will drive better Learning within an organization and across its partner, supplier and customer ecosystem through features like subscription-based Learning packages, dynamic Learning groups and better demand creation and management. We’ve also provided closer ties between our core Learning, virtual classroom and Mobile offerings so Saba users can offer the right classes, to the right audience on the right platform.
