Why the Candidate Experience Matters More Than You Know

An effective candidate experience improves the levels of quality hires, engaged employees, employee retention and business revenue ¹. But what goes into an effective candidate experience, and how does it play in to the overall employee experience?

Join our guest speakers, Cliff Stevenson, Principal Analyst for Brandon Hall Group, and Nick Hutchinson, Head of Solution Consulting for Talent Acquisition, Saba Software as they take a deep dive into the candidate experience, starting from the moment a new potential employee first hears of your organization all the way through to recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding processes.

Drawing on the latest research and industry leading theories, Cliff and Nick will discuss how a positive candidate experience informs workforce and succession planning, involves resourcing from your internal talent pools, and the connection between recruiting technology and the employee value proposition (EVP). Because recruiting strategies that do not factor in the candidate experience are not really strategies at all!

Here's what you'll learn during this webinar:

  • How to create and deliver an effective candidate experience – including how the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) creates a framework from right from the start
  • Why high performing organizations think beyond old metrics to harness insights from a complete view of the candidate experience, and how it affects their entire organization
  • Real-world examples of how to use modern technologies, proven processes and existing talent to take your candidate experience to the next level!

Join us for this webinar to learn how you can build a recruiting and onboarding strategy that transforms your candidate experience and helps you compete better for top talent! Register today to secure your spot or to receive the on-demand recording.
