Giving and receiving feedback are skills we can practice and do better. Both can be an intimidating experience, especially when the feedback is constructive. But that doesn't make the task any less important for everyone - managers and employees alike. After all, thoughtful, constructive feedback is one way to help employees grow and develop their skills. When delivered effectively, the process also builds trust in work relationships.
This webinar will help you get more comfortable with the giving and the receiving of feedback so you can get the maximum benefit for yourself and others. We'll share real-world examples from Janice Love of Swope Health Services that will help you foster a culture of feedback in your organization and how to:
- Give more effective feedback,
- Receive feedback with greater understanding,
- Interpret the full meaning and context of feedback,
- Teach others to give feedback by modeling behaviors, and
- Disagree with feedback you're given.
Giving the gift of feedback can help improve employee engagement, retention and productivity. But only if it's done well. Join Laurie Ruettimann and Janice Love for this webinar that will help you and others in your organization get better at giving and receiving feedback.
