Henryk assists boards and executive management teams build sustainable stakeholder value by focusing on intangibles like leadership team effectiveness, decision making, risk management, culture, strategy, and talent management system alignment.
A sought after expert, Henryk shares his thought leadership and provocative views on podiums and at leading institutions interested in the application of behavioural science to leadership challenges.
Henryk remains active in research and has published in peer-reviewed industry journals such as Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Business Psychology, and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology.
Henryk holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Western University and is an organizing member of Mensa™ International.
