Incorporate skills in talent acquisition

Often the decision about the type of skills you want to add to the team comes down to the type of work. If you're augmenting your internal skill set over the long term, you'll likely be hiring for permanent, full-time roles. But you may also need to recruit for a short-term project or assignment.
