By using Saba Cloud, faculty and staff at Washington University have access to a flexible and powerful learning management system (LMS).
Prior to adopting Saba Cloud, Washington University in St. Louis struggled with a makeshift database-type of learning management system. Void of interactive features, the system forced the user to figure out their training path. In addition, users were bombarded with numerous training notifications each month from various departments.
Now, with Saba Cloud, faculty and staff at Washington University have access to a flexible and powerful learning management platform that offers various types of content, social sharing, personalized learning paths and a streamlined user experience.
Since Saba Cloud was adopted, the learning department has reported increased levels of faculty and staff engagement. In just two years, "WashU" has increased its learning courses from about 100 to 630. Leaders at the university are thrilled with the fast platform adoption by colleagues.
As Washington University continues to champion learning to faculty and staff, the learning team is using Saba Cloud to launch diversity and inclusion initiatives plus a new, streamlined employee orientation. From pure compliance to a true learning culture, Washington University is moving forward into the future with confidence in learning and development.
