学習レコードストア(LRS)
Through the included xAPI-ready Learning Record Store (LRS), me:time enables talent leaders to integrate heterogeneous user-driven learning with internally created and imported content. When an employee saves or shares self-discovered learning, it gets added to the Learning Record Store (LRS), so all informal and formal learning activity is saved and tracked in one place. Learning experiences completed through the Saba LRS are automatically recorded on users' completed transcripts, making it easier for you to track and report on all learning happening across the organization.
Single Learner Profile
With me:time, you can now establish a single user profile with your existing LMS, so that all learning (formal or informal) is tracked in a single record. This enables your users to learn anywhere they want to learn, in any format, while making sure that talent leaders can effectively track, manage and report on it, and get a complete picture of development for each person.
Intelligent Content Discovery
Saba me:time leverages the employee’s profile and self-selected interests to curate content unique to their role, skills, goals and performance targets. Using responsible AI and machine learning, it continues to learn more about their learning preferences, interests and aspirations to surface targeted content that will help them in their job today and support their career aspirations. Learners can then share their knowledge with the organization through social collaboration and communities.
Learning Bookmarklet
Saba me:time includes a web-based bookmarklet, which opens up an entire world of learning right in the flow of work. With a single click, users can easily discover, share and track any type of learning content they can find on the web - videos, articles, online courses, even blogs. They can then add that content to their learning plans, create collections, and share their findings with their teams and across the organization. Employees get credit for their self-sourced learning and you can see where people are finding useful information.

From dashboards to custom reports, Saba helps you identify trends and prove the business impact of employee learning and development.
