JMT (Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson) provides consulting services to a varied client base of public and private entities across the United States. This includes planning, design and construction management services for many major award winning projects.

JMT relies on a highly skilled STEM-based workforce, and to fuel growth and meet changing client demands the company knew it needed to develop from within to fill key skills gaps. Saba TalentSpace became the framework to power this new talent development approach.

In order to encourage adoption of the new approach and promote a continuous feedback culture, the HR team created challenges around feedback, goal setting and 1:1 meetings. This delivered good employee uptake and feedback about a continuous development environment.
