According to data from a Saba study conducted by Harris Poll, nearly one-third (32%) of employed adults in the U.S. are currently looking to leave their jobs — and they plan to leave in the next seven months, on average. Yes, that could mean by this summer. So unless you have some clever strategies for turning the tide, you might notice a growing number of empty chairs in the very near future. That doesn’t bode well for companies trying to win the war on talent and surpass the competition. Why are employees so eager to leave? Simply put, they want more. Specifically, more career opportunities, more money and more work-life balance.
