A: No, if you have a corporate license your service is not impacted. You can work with your support team on any issues.

Q: Is Saba getting out of the web conferencing and virtual classroom business? 
A: Not at all. We continue to offer Saba Meeting and Saba Virtual Classroom subscriptions to our customers, both as a standalone service or fully integrated into our Saba Cloud service. Most Saba Cloud customers are extensive users of the integrated meeting capabilities Saba offers. If fact, Saba is the only company to offer a native, fully integrated meeting, webinar and virtual classroom solution in its Learning and Talent Management solutions.

Q: When is the last day I can use my individual service on 
A: Saba will stop offering individual subscriptions/services for Saba meeting and virtual classroom on starting December 15, 2013 at 12:05 AM ET. Users and customers looking to continue to use Saba Meeting and Saba Virtual Classroom can purchase new enterprise subscriptions from Saba Sales directly.

Q: How do I purchase a new subscription for Saba Meeting and Saba Virtual Classroom?
A: You can purchase a new enterprise subscription from Saba Sales directly. Please note that you will need to purchase a minimum number of licenses if you want to continue using Saba Meeting and Saba Virtual Classroom. The new user minimum is 10 licenses for Saba Virtual Classroom and 50 licenses for Saba Meeting. If you are interested please contact our sales department.

Q: I prepaid for an annual subscription to Saba Meeting or to Saba Virtual Classroom, How do I get a refund? 
A: If you have prepaid for an annual subscription, you will receive a separate email with information on a partial refund that will be prorated based on your original expiration date.

Q: I have several recorded meetings stored in my account on; how can I access these after the service is discontinued? 
A: Unfortunately, there is no built-in functionality to preserve or download recordings.

Q: I am a monthly recurring subscriber. When is the last day you will charge my credit card? 
A: The last billing cycle was on October 1, 2013. We are not charging you in the month of November or December. We are offering you 6 weeks of free service as a thank you for being a loyal customer.

Q: Will I be able to access my free service on after Dec 15th? 
A: No, the Freemium service will not be offered anymore.
