The HR Technology Conference is just around the corner! In its 20th year, this event is admittedly one of our favorites here at Saba. The opportunity to network, hear and share different perspectives about the connection between HR strategy and technology, and to showcase and see the future of HR tech innovation – it's what makes HR Tech such a great event.
This year's agenda reflects key themes that have evolved year-over-year for HR, and for good reason. Trends in artificial intelligence and machine learning, big data, employee engagement and the employee experience (to name a few!) are changing the industry significantly. This impact isn't new news of course, but the rate of change for HR technology innovation can be mind-boggling.
This conference helps HR connect the dots between where their companies want to go, and how HR and talent technology can help them get there. Of course, you're the HR expert. You know that when you get this connection right – amazing things happen. You also know your culture should drive your technology decisions – not the other way around.
We couldn't agree more. It's why we're looking forward to meeting HR Tech attendees like you at Saba's booth 1601 to discuss how innovations in modern learning, ongoing performance and real-time engagement can help you reach your goals.
Here are just a few of the things we're looking forward to sharing and seeing at HR Tech next week.
Meet mentalist extraordinaire David Meade!
David Meade, part of our team at HR Tech is an award-winning business strategy researcher and a fascinating mentalist. David will be hanging out with us at Saba booth 1601 to share some of his research and what HR can do to help their teams better work, learn and grow together. He's hilarious and entertaining and I can guarantee you'll be captivated his mystifying abilities and mind-boggling skills. No, really. He will blow your mind!

Let's get to know each other
Of course, we're excited to show off our latest product innovations! But first, we want to have a different kind of conversation at this event.
We're in your corner. We know that talent management is more than technology. It's about finding a partner who takes the time to understand your organization's unique culture and vision, and experts who are willing to work shoulder-to-shoulder with you to achieve your most aspirational goals or solve your toughest challenges. We get it.
We're here to listen to where you want to go, and then maybe show you how we can help you get there.
Drop by for a chat at Saba booth 1601. We can also show you how Saba can help you:
- Embrace the self-directed learner AND demonstrate L&D business value with informal learning, micro-learning and gamification.
