Training Programs Must Use Video: Tips To Convince Your CEO Why

I know you love a great Netflix binge as much as I do. Why do I love this innocent movie habit? Truthfully, the video sucks me in, hits me at my core, and most importantly, entertains me. Video has a way of "making me want another episode" more effectively than a book. And, years later, I still remember that emotional impact. For instance, I recently saw the remake of A Star Is Born. I guarantee that six months from now, I'll remember that last scene vividly.

Truth be told, this is the case for the vast majority of people as well. Why? Our brains are hardwired to love visuals. With all this in mind, it only stands to reason that it's time to give your learning and development programs an upgrade. It's time to dump some of your training manuals and replace them with video.
