Last week during the HR Technology Conference and Expo, Capterra (a crowd-sourced software review site owned by Gartner) published its Top 20 Most Popular Talent Management Software vendors, and we’re super pumped we made the list!
But this isn’t about bragging rights. Recognition like this is meaningful to us for many reasons. It’s what our customers say that matters most. This is reflected in their honest feedback about why they choose Saba, what’s great, and how we can improve.
We also like that Capterra has an interesting take on how they pick the top vendor list. Not only do they give weight to the number of customers and users (by the way, we were in the top 5 of that dimension with 33 million users of our software) but social media followers is another key factor in their assessment.
This social following dimension is a reflection of our commitment to building community with our customers. Getting to know their culture and vision and partnering with them to deliver on their talent strategies. Whether it’s through Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or our own Saba customer communities, we aim to share valuable resources and content, help customers connect to new and ideas and each other, and most of all, to listen.
