Our Partnership with the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association

If you're an avid reader of this blog you'll recall that one of the biggest opportunities the Saba team saw in acquiring Lumesse is the added differentiated strength in talent acquisition with TalentLink - the leading recruiting platform in EMEA - and the added specialization to meet the unique needs of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firms.

To build on that industry leadership in talent acquisition for RPOs globally, we're excited to announce our new partnership with the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA), becoming their first gold technology sponsor.

As a result of this partnership, recruitment outsourcers can look forward to several pieces of collaborative content produced jointly between our talent acquisition business unit and the RPOA. The intent is to educate organisations about the recruitment outsourcing industry and promote RPO as a strategic hiring solution for organisations seeking to reach their highest potential through their people.

Here's what Lamees Abourahma (Executive Director, RPOA) has to say about this new partnership!

"We're excited to have Saba onboard the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association as our first Gold Tech Sponsor. In addition to being a well-established HR technology leader, they are fully committed to supporting their RPO customers and helping them grow. They bring a welcomed technology perspective to the RPO discussion and a wealth of thought leadership to the RPO community."

The world of recruitment outsourcing is evolving

With increasing skills shortages and the competition for talent growing, employers need to focus on the concept of work rather than jobs, which requires a new way of looking at talent and breaking down the traditions of hiring - shifting thinking toward a total talent strategy.

It's why our own team is so effusive about our support and partnership with the RPOA. They are already a fantastic resource for the RPO community, whether that is supporting the growth of the RPO industry itself, providing guidance on the 'who is who' of the RPO world to prospective buyers or providing thought leadership to its members.

We are looking forward to both adding to that thought leadership and sharing it with our existing RPO and direct clients as well as also providing the members of the RPOA an insight into the world of recruitment technology. The opportunity to work with an organisation like RPOA provides us with a great extended network of peers and provides us with a valued partner to learn and share with.

Over the coming months, we look forward to collaborating with the RPOA and building a successful partnership that benefits the entire recruitment industry. Truly exciting times ahead!

Here's a little bit more background about the RPOA

The RPOA is a professional membership association serving the global RPO community. The association is committed to advancing, elevating, and promoting recruitment process outsourcing as a strategic hiring solution for organizations seeking to reach their highest potential through their people. Its mission is to nurture a collaborative community where thought leadership can be created and curated to educate the marketplace about recruitment process outsourcing.

The programs and resources provided by the RPOA are made possible by corporate members and sponsors. In addition to the critical financial support, sponsors have the opportunity to contribute to thought leadership and content.
