My second session is Monday, May 20, 2019: "The Learning and Performance Link: Making the Connection." You can find us from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. in Room 101.
So, have you heard that the world of work is changing? Of course you have! And when we say this, we mean that we now strive to empower employees to be the best they can be in life and work. We're all about giving employees a greater purpose.
But somewhere along the way, these high ideals start to fall apart. Because learning and performance are more than just getting employees to understand the "why" and instilling excitement about the mission. Employees - our colleagues - need to be enabled with the skills they need to do their job and be empowered to do it.
This session will examine how learning and performance intersect to drive business success. You will gain best practices for linking learning and performance, illustrated through real-world examples.
