Did you attend #HRTechConf last week? It’s one of our
favorite shows because well, it’s about HR technology and as a technology vendor, it makes this conference a bit of
a sweet spot for us.
But we also love this conference because of the discussions and the trends that surface around the use of HR technology to serve a variety of business needs. Before you start shouting “nerd alert!” let me explain.
HR technology is awesome sure, but not in and of itself. The technology you choose needs to serve a purpose – be it to improve employee engagement, align recruiting efforts, improve employee performance and so much more. We can’t forget that ultimately HR technology is an enabler. One that helps support your talent programs and business objectives and helps you to take care of our people.
We asked HR thought leader and regular TalentSpace blog contributor Tim Sackett to share his thoughts on this a bit more:
