We’ve spoken here before about how fantastic we think our customers are…that should come as no surprise. We’re particularly impressed by the momentum we’ve seen in our customers forming their own user community that is focused on managing talent – regardless of economic up-or-down turns.
Later this week many of our customers are converging in San Diego – at the world famous San Diego Zoo in fact – to talk about how they can better leverage Halogen’s solutions to make a strategic difference to their organizations and culture.
Hosted by Tim Mulligan, CHRO and the HR leadership team at the Zoo, attendees will interact to exchange ideas and solve problems. They talk tips and tricks in using our suite, discuss change management and driving user adoption internally, and bounce around ideas for new product features and enhancements.
What we love most about all our customer user group meetings – the regional ones, the vertical healthcare or professional services ones, even the virtual ones – is seeing how these HR professionals share and learn from each other. In fact, some of the most novel uses for our products have been discovered when our customers come together.
Great things can happen when a community of users unites with a common purpose. We thank our customers for creating these grassroots groups to drive improved use of our solutions – not only do you make each other better, but you make Halogen better too.

See you in San Diego!
