Teala is a Senior Consultant in Saba’s Strategic Services group helping clients modernize their talent management strategies to drive targeted business results and maximize ROI with their talent technology solutions.
Published in Success Magazine and HR.com, Teala is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) from HRPA; and she holds both a Prosci Change Management Certification and a Human Capital Strategist (HCS) Certification. She earned a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Windsor University and has done post-graduate work in Project Management and Human Resources Management at McGill University and Mohawk College.
At Saba, Teala strives to help business leaders develop good habits in talent management and align employee contribution to organizational success. She draws on her more than 10 years of experience in various HR disciplines as she helps organizations with the challenging task of navigating change. Teala’s expertise also extends to helping her clients support their workplace culture and the employee experience.
Teala has worked with teams on a national and global level supporting human resources in areas such as performance management, recruitment, employee benefit programs, training and talent development, workforce planning and internal communications. Away from the office, Teala’s creative side includes a passion for visual arts and design.
