Rachel is Head of Customer Success for Saba with over 16 years of experience in HR & Talent Acquisition, and a huge passion for seeing customers succeed and achieve their objectives. Rachel’s main responsibility is leading a team of customer success professionals to provide an excellent outcomes-focused service, ensuring great value and a return on investment for Saba’s customers. With previous experience working in agencies, RPO, in-house recruitment, as a customer, a supplier and previously a candidate, she is well-situated to understand the challenges and objectives of everyone involved in talent acquisition and the strategies, systems and processes. Rachel also has previous experience in business analysis, strategy design and execution, training and coaching, development of methodology and tools for delivery. Her specialist areas include lean & process improvement and particularly insights and analytics optimizing the use of data to achieve objectives for both Saba and its customers. Rachel’s key focus is on increasing customer retention, growth and advocacy, and ensuring Saba customers’ experiences turn them into raving fans.

Rachel grew up in Scotland but is now based in the South West of England with her family, including her husband, 2 children, 3 dogs, a horse and a partridge in a pear tree! Outside of work, she is likely to be found in wellies, covered in mud at the stables with her ex-racehorse or, on the hills walking the dogs. She is rarely found sitting down!
