David fell in love with learning and performance early in his career. For almost 20 years, he’s been developing learning content as well as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and performance system implementations. During his time at Saba, David has led Saba University and currently leads our Global Professional Services and Customer Support teams as its Vice President. He’s also managed key cross-team initiatives to improve customer experience. David’s leadership is driven by a belief that what we do helps make organizations more effective in developing their people.

David has a Master of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics with honors from Valparaiso University. He is a mentor for the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business, a member of the Computer Education Management Association (CEdMA) and has written for HR.com.

David enjoys hiking in the beautiful mountains of Colorado, traveling the world and playing and coaching soccer.
