oneMy Competency Gaps

A competency is a skill, knowledge or behavior that can be measured, calculated, acquired, specified or tested. Examples of competencies include “Product Knowledge”, “People Skills” etc. By actively measuring and tracking competencies, organizations can improve their ability to meet objectives, ensure collective readiness and identify and remedy potential risks. A competency gap measures a person's skills versus what are required of him / her.

The courses you are currently enrolled in appear in this portlet window. You can click the "Launch Now" link to take a course at your convenience. Or, you can click the "Add Learning" button to register for other courses.

threeCertifications

Curricula are used to group related learning together in an organized program with a sequence and completion criteria. For example, a New Hire Orientation curriculum establishes all the learning that a new hire must take when she joins an organization. The application automatically tracks which path a learner takes as she progresses along within the curriculum.
