Lattice Semiconductor Calls on Saba Centra OnDemandto Sell More Effectively and Communicate More Efficiently

Lattice conducts Web-based group and one-on-one training, meetings and presentations for its worldwide sales force and customers — saving time and money

Redwood Shores, Calif.––April 18, 2007––Saba (NASDAQ: SABA), the premier Human Capital Management (HCM) software and services provider, has announced that Lattice Semiconductor has selected Saba Centra OnDemand to improve the efficiency of training of its worldwide sales force and communicate more effectively with its global customer base. Headquartered in Hillsboro, Oregon, Lattice designs, develops and markets programmable logic devices (PLD), and uses Saba Centra OnDemand for a fast, efficient and cost-effective way to deliver product information to both its field salespeople and its customers.

Lattice competes against much larger companies in the programmable logic industry. To remain competitive, Lattice needed a webcasting tool that could make communication with its sales force more timely and productive, especially during the launch of new PLD products.

Saba Centra OnDemand provides the flexibility to increase the number of seats to virtually any number for a particular webcast — easily and efficiently.

In addition to communicating with customers who participate live, Lattice uses Saba Centra OnDemand’s built-in recording capabilities to record each webcast and posts the recordings on its Web site. Lattice’s goal is to reach about five times the original audience with the replays. And with its fixed monthly cost, the more Lattice uses the Saba Centra solution, the more money it saves.
