Windows Vista operating system and SQL Server 2005 support in Saba Enterprise Suite advances Saba’s commitment to support customer technology choices

Redwood Shores, Calif., January 31, 2007 — Saba (NASDAQ: SABA), ), the premier provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, today announced integration of its Saba Enterprise Suite with Microsoft’s Internet Explorer 7 and Windows Vista™ operating system, bringing forward new levels of usability, security and compliance with enterprise IT standards. Saba also announced upcoming support for SQL Server 2005, providing enhanced power and scalability to Microsoft customers.

More than 50 percent of all Fortune 100 companies use Saba Enterprise Suite – an open HCM platform. Saba has integrated its suite of applications with Microsoft products to improve access, usability and productivity for its customers.
