Discussion will include how to use new strategies and tools to ensure that the right people have the right skills at the right time, and review how current and future tools can be used to truly engage people.

The webinar will be hosted by Grant Ricketts, Saba's vice president of business development. The webinar is the third of a six-part series co-hosted with IBM.
