This track is recommended for individuals who will be leading a Saba Centra Symposium, eMeeting or Conference event.  The track will provide the leader with skills needed to manage the event, use the many features and tools, and how to facilitate participant learning.

> Saba Centra Content Developer
This track is recommended for individuals who will be creating and assembling content for use in Saba Centra Symposium, eMeeting or Conference events. Participants will learn how to develop and adapt content for a Saba Centra event and how to maximize the effectiveness of delivering information during an online event.

> Saba Centra Event Manager
This track is recommended for individuals who will be managing and creating Saba Centra Symposium, eMeeting and Conference events. The track provides event managers with the skills needed to create Saba Centra events, set up users and groups, enroll participants, assign leaders and run reports.

> Saba Centra Help Desk  
This track is recommended for Help Desk professionals who will be assisting users with common problems and questions surrounding the installation of Saba Centra, connectivity and VOIP audio.

> Saba Centra Server Administrator
This track is recommended for administrators who will be managing and maintaining the Saba Centra server.  Participants will learn the Saba Centra server architecture, trouble-shooting techniques, server maintenance and backup strategies, and domain administration and implementation.
