Centralize Global Training and Collaboration Processes

Kuehne + Nagel uses Saba’s virtual classroom to centralize global training and collaboration processes for 46,000 employees in 830 offices in more than 100 countries worldwide. They aimed to reduce training expenditures and “live” meetings and their durations while empowering otherwise difficult, impractical collaborations. The results: accelerated training of business processes, reduction in travel budget, and improved employee interactivity with greater time-savings and more convenient training attendance.

Toda Corporation uses Saba to improve the alignment and engagement of its 4,000+ employees. Seeking to improve employee satisfaction through a management by objectives (MBO) program and improve employee engagement while eliminating paper-based work they utilized Saba Learning and Talent Management solutions.
