The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), a Saba customer, will be presenting at the conference a case study on its use of Saba Centra that has saved taxpayers a total of a quarter of a billion dollars since 1999. This case study will discuss the approach the IRS took in selecting and implementing Saba Centra, critical factors for success, lessons learned and the results of the program. This event will take place on March 30, 2011 at 8AM PST.
