Saba received a record number of submissions representing a cross-section of cloud and on-premise customers in both mid-market and enterprise-level organizations. The annual awards program honors organizations that demonstrate innovative use of Saba People Systems, resulting in excellent business or humanitarian outcomes.

The winners were:
Humanitarian Award — HonorsSaba customers who have engaged in humanitarian services (local, national, or international) in a not-for-profit, charitable capacity using Saba People Systems.
Learning Power Award — HonorsSaba customers who have achieved unique and far-reaching business advantages through their use of Saba Learning, Saba Centra Web Conferencing, or Saba Collaboration (for example, by using Web conferencing, collaboration, or Web 2.0 technologies; mentoring programs; communities of practice; or a combination of several of these areas).
Collaboration & Social Media Power Award — HonorsSaba customers who have achieved excellence or innovation in collaboration or social media using Saba Centra Web Conferencing, Saba Collaboration, and/or Saba Live. There is an emphasis on customers who conducted collaboration or social media campaigns that increased organizational alignment, helped close knowledge or recruiting gaps, and/or raised brand or product awareness for employees, distribution channels, or end-users.
People System Power Award — HonorsSaba customers who have overhauled people management processes and deployed Saba People Systems in a commercial business, government agency, or academic institution. The organization has established a learning or collaboration framework across multiple disciplines that is flexible, accessible, and relevant, and meets the needs of the organization and its clients.
ROI Power Awards — HonorsSaba customers who have realized measurable business results and ROI in the areas of revenue, productivity, and the adoption of people performance strategies for a business unit, department, or companywide.
Government & Academic Power Award — HonorsSaba customers who have deployed Saba People Systems in a public sector agency or academic institution to improve performance of their people or create a community to share knowledge and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Innovation Power Award — HonorsSaba customers who have deployed Saba People Systems and demonstrated vision or innovation in technology, learning methods, or people performance.
Special Recognition for Saba’s Chief Learning Officer Magazine’s Learning in Practice Award to Media-Saturn — Saba won the top award in the “Excellence in Learning Management Systems (LMS) ” category for the publication’s 2010 Learning in Practice Awards for the implementation of Saba’s People Systems at European consumer electronics giant Media-Saturn. This implementation encompassed multiple geographies in Europe and Asia, local languages, and completion in under four weeks.
