Shinichi Bitoh is responsible for sales, professional services and alliance activities in Japan.  He brings 28 years of experience in the Japanese HR and training business, with a proven record of growing revenue and market share.

Prior to joining Saba, Bitoh served as president of Fast Lane Institute for Knowledge Transfer's newly established Japanese subsidiary. He has also served as president of Global Knowledge Network Japan and in a variety of senior management roles with SAP Japan, Oracle Japan, and other organizations. . 

Bitoh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Japan's Meiji University.
