There are many situations in life where context matters. And learning is clearly one of them. I have worked with learning management systems for a number of years, and it has become clear to me how important it is for our customers to be able to deliver knowhow to employees and other stakeholders just when they need it. No matter how you describe the needs, the basic idea is the same: that learning should be an integral part of how people do their work. I am thrilled that we have been able to turn this concept into reality.
